This is a Bengali recipe made with Posto (Khus Khus/Poppy seeds), headless and cleaned Shrimps mixed with vegetable, and fresh healthy spices from East 2 West Supply. This is one of my favorite and signature dish that you must try.
Posto (Khus Khus/Poppy Seeds), Raw cleaned shrimps (without head) , Onion, Garlic, Green Chili, Panch Phoron, Dry red chili, Canola Oil, Potatoes, Carrots, Green Beans, Cauliflower, Tomatoes, Mushrooms (optional), Turmeric Powder, Kashmiri Chili Powder, Salt and Water.
