I have to admit I have never used a Fish Fry Masala Powder in my cooking before. Didn't know what to expect, but the other spices and goods I have purchased from this company have been impressive! Do not confuse these spices with other store bought ones - they have the best spice blends, and contain no fillers. It didn't disappoint - definitely tantalized my taste buds. Although at first it was a little strong for my palate, my husband loved it! I may have been a little heavy handed, so I need to find a good recipe - cant wait to try it again!
